I’ve spent years pricing, planning and delivering building projects and dealing with the practical problems that arise between drawings, quotations and what actually happens on site.

One thing I’ve seen repeatedly is that homeowners are often expected to make major financial decisions without having an experienced construction professional independently looking at the project from their side.
